If you require the documents for proof we are able to email or bring a copy at your event. Events We Cater For? Dance Parties, Clubs, Rsl's, Birthday Parties, School Discos, School Formals / After Parties, Wedding Receptions, Corporate & Lighting / Sound. We also cater for Equipment Hire - if interested please contact us. Equipment we use? High Tech Club & DJ Lights, Rave Lasers, Led DJ, Uv & Par Lights, Pro DJ Speakers, Professional Powered Amplifiers, Distribution Amplifier's, Large Strobes, Bubble Machines, DJ Headphones, Corded Microphones, XLR Cables, High Quality RCA Cables, Lighting & Speaker Stands, Digital & Dance Mixers & Turntable & Cd Decks. We also Provide Tables, Smoke Machine Fluid, Bubble Fluid, Power cords, Spare Leads, audio connection etc for our Equipment. The Equipment we use is new and the latest in the industry - Equipment has been Purchased from Lightsounds, Jd's Sound & Lighting and other leading DJ Shops. Overtime Fees? $30 an Hour after 5 Hours Travelling Fee’s? $1.50 per 1 km, only applies when 10 km out of Marsden Park. Extra Traveling Fee's may apply to cover for tolls. Areas we service? The Western Sydney district in the following location areas: Riverstone, Marsden Park, Richmond, Windsor, Kurrajong, Blacktown, Penrith, St Clair, Parramatta, Castle Hill etc We don't service any other area's outside the Western Sydney District if unsure if your in the area we do please contact us. I offer years of DJ and equipment set up experience, the latest in professional equipment that most companies don't have or will not invest in, large variety of music styles from non commercial to mainstream music and a professional customer service from the day you contact us, why wait a week for a reply when you can get a answer within 24 hours. Dance Party Hire Specialise's in non commercial & commercial for the following: Trance, Happy Hardcore, Hardstyle, House, Electro & Drum N Bass We also play for our clients the following: Rock, 80's, R&B, Dance & Hard Nrg. We have a Request List Page on our Website. Needing More Songs ? Email the Track Artist & Track Names to us at least 5 days before your event. Wanting Our Mobile DJ to play your CD? We will be happy to play any CD / Memory Stick for you, we can also play MP3 format Cds. Requesting Song's? You as a Client can Request what song's you want played from our List & When (I.e Set Times for the Genre's) 24 hours prior to your Event. This is Optional but it does help Plan your Event. If theirs a Queue of Guest waiting for their Song's to be Played, Other guest must wait there turn. (Only Client's can have their Song's jumped up the Queue) We will strictly not play any Request by Any Guest which decides to be Rude / Arrogant or wants their Request Jumped up the Queue. Only a Max of 2 Request per Person allowed during the Event. No Exemptions as we are NOT a Human Jukebox. If you feel your guest must make more then 2 Request each per Night, I would be happy to Open Winamp / Media Player, and let them do it. Lighting Effects? Dance Party Hire has one of the Best Lighting Rigs that any Mobile DJ company in Australia can offer, this is why we also specialise in Lighting for Small Dance Parties and Club Events. We Use the latest in Lighting Technology below: 1x Light Emotion - Gobo Flower has 8 Different Pattern, 8 Different Colours and Is Both DMX and Music Activated. 2x Light Emotion - Alpha Scans (Both DMX and Music Activated also with a Controller), this Light has 16 Awesome Patterns & Colours, it has a Strobing Function, it also can pan up to 180 degrees and tilt up to 90 degrees. Dance Party Hire use's an RCA Audio Distribution Amplifier so we can connect a Max of 4 Amplifiers to one sound output without loosing any Speaker Power which include: 4x (2 Pairs) Wharfedale - LX12's 400 RMS @ 8 ohms (1600 watt peak) with speaker stands for each speaker. This subwoofer is included in all Mobile DJ plans + Speaker Hire plan. One of the best powered subwoofer's for its size. 2x E-Systems Pro- SL700 Professional Amplifier which has a wooden carpet case. This Amplifier will not overheat and is for the Wharfedale LX12's which will drive each Speaker at 370 RMS at 8 ohms. (In Plan Packages & Extra Speaker Package) ------------ Most Mobile DJ Services only use a total off 400 rms, we offer a standard Total of 1540 rms with an high SPL of 129 DB. We also offer an extra of 740 rms of speaker power if required for a extra fee. We only use professional brand name speakers & amplifiers, other companies use Speakers & Amplifiers from Ebay or non DJ /Audio Shops which are not reliable and decreases the sound quality for your event. If you're Event requires more Speaker Power please Contact Us. As our Distribution Amplifier can Input more amplifiers. We also can hook up your own Speaker's / Amplifier if you require us to as long as it has RCA Jack's for the Sound Input. Events attracting 200 + will have to organize hiring a pair off Speakers + Amp's to cover for their event audio needs. We will Hook the pair of speaker's / amplifier to our set up but we will not Pick Up or Drop them off, we will just organize with you what type of speakers you will need with you. Bubble Machine Effects? The Bubble Machine makes bubbles around 20 cm, once the Smoke Machine Smoke is spread through the Bubble it gives a great smoke effect once the bubble pops. So please Think About Strobe Light Danger & Safety? If anyone who is attending your event has epilepsy, we will need to be notified not to use our strobe as it can trigger an epileptic fit. We only leave our strobe on for a max of 5 - 30 seconds. We only turn it on every 10 minutes or so. Glowstixs? We are able to provide glowsticks at any parties we play at, just tell us the amount & type required and we will bring them on the Night, we also give discounts for bulk orders. Backup Equipment? Back Up Lighting Globes & Fuse's. Also an Apple Ipod incase the Mobile DJ's Computer Crash's which will allow music to be played whilst the Computer Restarts + we carry a spare power supply for the Pc incase it burns out which we can repair within 10 mins. Choosing our Extra Speakers acts like a back up pair of speakers and amplifier. Extra Leads / Connections, Power Boards, Extension Leads etc We provide 1 litre of smoke machine fluid free with any Mobile DJ or lighting plan, then after that each litre is $10 a party can use 1 to 3+ litres depending on the event time & venue size. Booking your Party or event? To Book: 1. Booking's Form Page to Be Filled Out & Sent 2. A Deposit of $50 Must Be Paid to Secure that Day of event & Payment Amount. Payments? Deposits must be paid at least 1 day before the day of the Event. The remaining fee outstanding must be paid after we set up our equipment at your event then we will give you a Receipt. Arrangements can be made if you can't pay any payments until your event. Payment Options? We accept – Bank Deposits, Money Orders, Paypal & Cash. Refunds? Full Refunds Only if we Can't Attend your Event which is very unlikely. Deposits are Not Refunded, We will be happy to move the Date of your Party if your Party can't go ahead, we understand that Venue's might Drop Out, It Might Rain etc, So we would Prefer to do your Party Then Keep Your Deposit. If You Made a Full Payment and you have Contacted Us about your Cancellation Prior to your Event we will Refund all expect $50 of your Payment or Move the Date of Your Party. Set Up & Pack up times? We set up 1-2 Hours before your Event Time Starts. It Takes us around 30 min – 60 mins + to Pack up after your Event Time. We do not Charge our Clients for Setting up or Packing up Time. Our Dress Code? Formal / Casual for any other Dress Codes Please tell us prior to the event. What is a Mobile Digital DJ? And For Everyone asking Yes our Mobile Digital DJ is a Mobile DJ, Which is myself the Owner of Dance Party Hire. I Use a M-Audio - Torq Xponent Digital DJ Mixer, DJ Headphones & Torq DJ Software on my PC, It is Like having a Mixer and 2 Cd Decks but Instead with a Digital DJ Mixer and Torq Software which acts like 2 Cd Decks, so one Music File goes onto the left and right side.
